Peacefully passed away at Health Sciences North, Sudbury on March 3, 2015 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Lorraine (nee O’Donnell). Loving father of Shannon and Christopher. Dear brother of Gordon (Jean), Gregory, Sylvia Olivier, Mary Hubley (Gary) and Patricia Hayman (George). Al will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Ernest and Sadie (nee Oakey). Family will receive friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Prayer vigil will be conducted on Friday at 8 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Church on Saturday at 11 am. Burial will take place in Sussex, NB at a later date.
