Christopher 'Chris' Gribbons

GRIBBONS, Christopher ‘Chris’:  Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on March 16, 2017 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by his wife; Phyllis Gribbons (nee Musclow). Dearly loved father of Catherine (Andrew), Patrick (Penny), Wayne (Teresa) and Audrey (Todd). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren; Kevin, Shawn (Dawn), Trevor, Shannon, Brendan, Kelly, Gabriella, Julia, Domenico, Alyssa, Andrew and 2 great grandchildren; Charlotte and Hannah. Dear brother of Steve, Florence, Kay, Cletus, Ann, Ray, Mary, Harry and Leonard. Predeceased by his parents; Anicetus and Marguerite Gribbons and by his siblings; Violet, Margaret, Joseph, Mary Ernie, Edgar and Tom. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Chris loved the outdoors which included hunting and fishing. His family was his pride and joy. Family receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME (North Bay), Monday March 20, 2017 from 2 - 4 p.m. & 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption, Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
