I'm so very sorry for your loss.
It's been so many years. But I still have wonderful memories from my younger life growing up with you Jan.

My heart-felt condolences to David’s family and friends. I have many memories of David growing up, all good and all bring a smile to my face. Particularly, I remember David spending many nights sleeping on our couch in Toronto during the fall of ’73. We had lots of laughs that fall and shared some interesting and fun adventures. He was a good and gentle soul.

David was our nephew and cousin and although we did not see him much over the years, whenever we did, we were always struck by what a sweet and gentle soul he was. Through the years we would bump into each other and he would always have a smile and we would talk and laugh about the good times we had together while growing up. Went to school with a couple of the younger Beatty's and still close with extended family. I always remember being a kid on Copeland St. and watching David walk by almost daily with his awesome curly hair, stylin' jeans, and quiet way and thinking to myself "what a cool guy". So very sorry for your loss and David's too early departure.
