Debbie passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on November 18, 2017 at the age of 55 years. Debbie is the beloved wife of Mike Boucher and is the loving mother to Ashleigh and Jason Topps.  Proud grandmother to Teagan and Mason. Debbie is survived by her parents Glen Topps and Sheila Comeau, and her brother Steve Topps (Brenda), and her sister Cathy Topps (Larken). Cremation will occur at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. The family will receive visitors for a memorial visitation at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday November 24, 2017 from 11am to 1pm.
