It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Siviter on August 28, 2017. At the age of 87 years, James led a full life as beloved husband to Evelyn (nee Ciancio). Loving and cherished father to Judy Barr (nee Siviter) and Randy Siviter (Laurie). Proud grandfather to Darryl Hughes (Jenn), Marianne Hughes (Jon), Jaclyn Siviter (David), and Neil Siviter, as well as great grandfather to Aria and Joseph. Having the honour of celebrating his 65th wedding anniversary this year, he passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre surrounded by loved ones. He will be remembered fondly by friends and family for his cheerfulness, humour, and generosity. The family gives their heartfelt thanks to friends and neighbours for their support, and expresses their deepest gratitude to all of the nurses, doctors, and staff at the Critical Care Unit of the North Bay Regional Health Centre.
