It is with deep sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Joseph Loone at the North Bay Regional Health Center on December 13, 2018 at the age of 77 years. Predeceased by his wife Alice Nakogee. Loving father of Daniel Koostachin (Alexandra), Abraham Loone, Ricky Nakogee (Tracy) and Elizabeth Ashamock (Alex Coonishish). Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth and also by 3 brothers. Visitation will take place at House of All Nations Church (90 Carmichael Dr. North Bay) on Saturday December 15, 2018 from 2- 4 pm. A second visitation will take place at Miron Wilson Funeral Home (150 Balsam Street South, Timmins) on Monday December 17, 2018 from 2 – 4 pm. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Buckley, Dr. Noble, Health Sciences North and the staff on C3 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion shown to our family.
