DEMPSEY, Margaret “Peggy” (nee Kennard)

Peacefully past away at the Waters Edge Care Community on Thursday January 5th 2017 at the age of 88 years. Margaret was the beloved spouse of the late Jack Dempsey. She was the loving mother to Jack Dempsey (Brenda), Joy Carne, James Dempsey (Bonny), Jerry Dempsey (Linda), Joey Dempsey ( Jeanine), Johnny Dempsey, Michael Dempsey, Wayne Dempsey (Nancy), Terry Dempsey (Maxine), and Gary Dempsey (Sandra). Loving grandmother and great-grandmother to many. Margaret was predeceased by her parents Roland and Violet Jobin, her daughter Jill Murray (Thomas –deceased), her grandchildren Steven Dempsey, Shannon Dempsey, Shawn Dempsey and Tracey Dempsey. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Wednesday January 11, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be conducted in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday January 12, 2017 at 11am. If desired donations to the Salvation Army would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
