It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Maureen at Nipissing Manor Nursing Home on May 25, 2017 at the age of 88 years. Predeceased by her husband; Alphonse Pelletier. Loving mother of Julie DeJourdan (Leo), Peter Pelletier (Judy), Jeffrey Pelletier and Quinn Pelletier (Jeannette). Cherished grandma of Jenny, Missy, Marinne, MJ, Kathleen, Megan, Jillian, Graham and by 9 great grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; William and Lila Quinn (nee Shea) and by her siblings; Bill Quinn (Pat), Margaret Armstrong (late Harold), Frances Dwyer (late Connie), Claire Fry (late Joe). Maureen was a lifetime Catholic Women’s League member at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption; she also enjoyed playing bridge and knitting. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Monday May 29, 2017 from 3-5 pm and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on Tuesday May 30, 2017 at 10 am. Donations to the Pro-Cathedral Renovation Fund would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
