Gratton, Paul ‘Paddy’

Passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on September 13, 2016 at the age of 66 years. Loved brother of Garry Gratton (Debbie), Joanna Oosthoek (Hans), Michèle Valiquette (John) and Andréa Campbell (Bruce ‘BC’). Loving uncle of Renée (Graham), Lianne (Jeremy), Sarah Jane (Tom), Cecile, Denica (Mike), Leslie, Conor, Brent (Julia), Kevin (Zoe), Curtis and 9 great nieces and nephews. Paddy will be sadly missed by his closest friend and support, Dan Wilson and by his furry companion Scruffy. Predeceased by his parents, René and Sadie Gratton (nee McGuinty). Paddy was cared for and loved by many, simply for being Paddy- a kind, non-judgmental, generous man. He made a difference in our lives, in those of his friends and in the community. To all those who helped him through his journey of life- thank you! Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday September 15, 2016 from 6-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on September 16, 2016 at 10 am.
