 It is with profound sadness we announce the unexpected passing of Rita Lomond on February 5, 2017 at the North Bay Regional Health Center at the age of 65 years. Dearly loved wife of Francis Lomond. Devoted mother of Thomas Lomond and Troy Lomond (Julie). Cherished grandma of Bennett. Rita is survived by her brother; Rene Seguin (Yvonne) and her sisters; Marie, Diane, Jackie, Sally, Carmen and Helen. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; Aurele and Simon Seguin and by her brothers; Maurice and Raymond, and her sister Pauline. Family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Sunday February 12, 2017 from 2 -4 pm and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Name of Jesus Parish on Monday February 13, 2017 at 11am.
