Leblond, Ruth (nee Roy)

 It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of  Ruth Leblond at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on July 5, 2017 at the age of 84 years. Predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Albert J. Leblond. Ruth and Albert were long time residents of Cobalt, Ontario. Loving mother of Guy Leblond (Gyslaine Milot) and Marcel Leblond. Cherished grandma of Marc Leblond and great grandson Sebastien Leblond. Dear sister of Rene Roy (June-deceased). She will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; Alford Roy and Alvena Forget and by her siblings; Romuald, Eugene, Aurele, Gertrude and Georgette. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. The family will gather at All Saints Mausoleum for a prayer service at a later date. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully by her family. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Barkley House, Sue Demarco at CCAC, Paramed, and the Dr’s and staff of D3 at the North Bay Regional Health Center for their care and compassion shown to our family.
