On the behalf of the Powassan Agricultural Society, Committee, PAS members and Friends we send our Sincere "Condolences and Deepest Sympathy" to Rosetta and the Paquin Families on both sides. Bill was part of the Agricultural Society for many, many years and a major part of the "Poultry Shows" entering many types of breeds of his lovely birds in the Fall Fairs. Also a well known member of the Community.

I have many fond memories of Bill - kitchen parties, his singing of his favourite song "the auctioneer", and many conversations over coffee to name a few! Thinking of all of you during this difficult time.

I knew Bill as a member of the Agricultural Society, I called him our Bird Guy. He knew his birds for sure. Enjoyed when we did the Sunday "pet & Farm animal" part for the kids. He got a kick out of the kids bringing in hamsters, ferrets or other unusual pets. He'd say, how am I supposed to judge that or I'm not opening that cage!! He was a staunch supporter of the Society and didn't like the past events that threatened our existence, especially the most recent one. He will be missed by the members of the Society.

My family has known Bill, Rosetta and family for many years. We always enjoyed visiting and I liked seeing Bill in town having coffee. It was nice catching up with him. My condolences to Rosetta, Dean, Brent and Tracy and their families.
