Passed away peacefully at the Algonquin Nursing Home in Mattawa on January 24, 2015 at the age of 93 years. Loving wife of the late Herb Donig. She will be deeply missed by her son Gerald (Gladys) of Kirkland Lake and her daughters Patricia Whalley (Gail) of St. Catharines and Brenda of Toronto. Yvette will be greatly missed by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of Pauline Borden (Don-deceased) of North Bay. Yvette is predeceased by her parents Ulric Dion and Rose (nee Beaven), her sons Bruce and Ken and brothers Denis, Walter and Paul. Family will be receiving friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Tuesday January 27th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Holy Name of Jesus on Wednesday January 28th at 11am. Donations to a charity of choice would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
