Lina (Chatelain) LaVictoire

It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Lina LaVictoire (Chatelain) at 84 years old on October 14, 2021, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre. Lina was born to Elzear and Rose Chatelain in North Bay, Ontario on Sept 22,1937. The oldest of 4 children. Annette (Ivan) Bigelow, deceased, Gerry Chatelain, BC, Denise Chatelain, Mexico. Mother of Caroline LaVictoire of Corbeil, Paul LaVictoire of Sturgeon Falls, and Lise Goudy of North Bay. Grandmother to Rachelle, Colleen, Shannon, Nathan, Sarah, and Mark.  Great grandmother to Domenic, Jessica, Olivia and Alex. Lina was a lifelong member of the Ladies Auxiliary branch 23 where she devoted much of her time. The family will miss her great sense of humour and her outpouring of opinions.
