Putting up a great fight, Mom lost her battle from her second bout of cancer.  Mom spent her time doing what she loved most, painting and enjoying time with her new friends at Marina Point. 

She was a loving and supportive wife to Louis (deceased) and mother to Jeff (Rachel Prybich) of Oshawa and Jody Hebert (Wes White) of Callander.  Memere will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Aaron (Emily), Julia (Matt), Joseph and their Mother Geraldine Borg, all of Oshawa and Gillian (Eric Drake) of North Bay and Kyle (Reaghan Prior) of Sudbury and their father Kevin Hebert. She will be greatly missed by her cousins and dearest friends, Joan-Marie and Rheal Corbeil, as well as all of her nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents; John and Elizabeth (Mercer) Clarke, sisters; Helene Bechtel (Chet), Lorraine, and brother John (Barb-surviving). In-laws Charlie (Kay), Jim (Dorothy), Helen Beaver (Bob), Laurie Ethier (Rolly), Aline Truchon (Gerry). Survived by Gerry (Alice) and Cecile Aubut (Gilbert).

Many Thanks to the Nursing staff on D3 (especially Farrah & Tiffany) at the NBRHC and Dr Leckie for all the years of looking after her.  Thanks to Dr. Ng and Dr Greenward for helping her in the last week.

Donations in Mom’s name can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the North Bay Regional Hospital Foundation.

Family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home- Callander (87 Lansdowne St. Callander) on February 1, 2020 from 12 until the time of a Celebration of Life at 2 pm.
