Robert Gordon Whittington

Surrounded by the love of his family Robert passed away peacefully on Monday August 8, 2022, at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of the late Sharon Marie (nee McDivitt) Whittington (2019). Loving father to Jay Whittington (Jennifer) of North Bay and Deanna Ramoul (Steve) of Markham. Cherished grandfather to Zachary, Ethan and Emily. Robert was predeceased by his parents Cyril and Jean (nee McGregor) Whittington, his brother Doug Whittington and his sister Dianne Olsson. In keeping with Robert’s wishes cremation will occur at Whispering Pines Funeral Homes Crematorium with no public visitation or service. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff of the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their outstanding care and compassion, especially Dr. Harman.
