Doiron, Adrien Joseph
It is with broken hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Adrien Doiron, at his home, on January 17, 2019. Loved and devoted husband of Barbara Doiron (nee Green). Loving father of Aundrea Aloe (Mark) and Rachel Winstanley. Cherished grandpa of Corey, Tayler and Ellie Winstanley and Preston (Sarah), Taylor, Carling Aloe and great grandpa of Emma and Dashel Aloe. Adrien will be sadly missed by his canine companion Keisha and by his siblings; Georgine Boucher, Gertrude Doiron, Edgar Doiron, Ginette Doiron, Fernand Doiron, Guilmond Doiron, Aristide Doiron, his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Lionel and Rita Doiron and his sister Evangeline Genereux. He was never happier than when he was out on the lake fishing. It was his favorite activity. His favorite place was at his camp on lake Kipawa he’d built himself. It’s always been a special & beautiful place where a lot of happy memories were made. He also loved spending time tending to his garden along with working on his tractors. We all agree with his sister-in-law (Barb’s younger sister) Brenda’s statement “He’s the most handsomest man ever”, even going as far as to claim him as “Her handsome man.”He loved making his own beer & wine and was instrumental in getting his eager son-in-law Mark into it. They enjoyed countless glasses together including during many a Leafs’ game. Family was always his top priority and there wasn’t anything he wouldn’t do for us. As per his wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. A Celebration of Adrien’s Life will be celebrated in the spring. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
