With heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Barbara at the Ottawa General Hospital on October 25, 2019 at the age of 51 years. Beloved wife of Raymond Racine. Loving mother to Christopher Racine (April) and Brian Racine (Katrina). Cherished loving grandmother to Bayden. Barbara was predeceased by her parents Aldeage and Beatrice (nee Tang) Lamarre, and her brother Ernie Lamarre (Dianne-surviving). She is survived by her brothers Richard Lamarre (Claire), Maurice Lamarre (Raya), and her sisters Suzanne Goulet (Robert), Monique Joanisse (Randy), Lisa Hoorelbeck, Jocelyne Deschamps (Ron-deceased) and Jeannette Lamarre (Ted). In keeping with Barbara’s wishes cremation has occurred at the Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. The family wishes to express their gratitude to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at Health Sciences North in Sudbury for their exceptional care and kindness towards Barbara.
