It is with heavy hearts that the family of Bradford (Brad) John Wasnick announces his passing on December 31st, 2019. Brad was predeceased by his father Anthony Wasnick. He is survived by his mother Ivy Wasnick (nee Paradis), sister’s Kim Wasnick and Tina Rouse, brothers Gary Wasnick and Murray Parkinson, niece Toni Laflair, and nephews Travis Wilson and Dalton Laflair. He also had 5 great-nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Brad, age 63, was born and raised in Kirkland Lake, and spent most of his adult life in North Bay. In Brad's younger years he was somewhat of a comedian and had many friends. He loved super hero movies and comics throughout his life, and in his younger days he could sketch any super hero to a “T”. Throughout Brad's life he was kind, caring and generous. In his adult years he became quiet, yet even then he developed many friends. Brad was soft spoken and just an all-around wonderful person to know.
Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home, 591 Cassells St., North Bay, Ont. on Monday January 6, 2020 from 12 pm until the funeral service at 1 pm.
There will also be a Celebration of Life following the service from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Centre of Friends at 178 Main Street West, North Bay.
