David peacefully passed away at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on March 10, 2018 at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband to Gail Pierce (nee Fletcher). Loving father to Guy Daniel Pierce (Danielle), Sara Teresa Atcheson (Jon), Step Father to Patrick Murray Fletcher (Karan), Christopher Michael Fletcher (Tammy), and Sheri-Anne Marie Fletcher. Proud grandfather to Jasmine, Erin, Bailey, Kamryn, Chase, Christopher, Alex, Nico and Gavin, and great grandfather to Ronnie and Maddox. David was predeceased by his parents Thomas George and Winifred Teresa (nee Clare) Pierce and is survived by his sister Dawn McIntosh (John). Cremation has occurred at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. A Royal Canadian Legion Service will be conducted at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 639 in Restoule, Ontario on Sunday March 18, 2018 at 1pm followed by a time of remembrance and celebration of David’s Life.
