Arsenault, Doreen May (nee Hisson)

Peacefully passed away on Thursday October 25, 2018 at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 78 years. Doreen is predeceased by her beloved husband John Joseph Arsenault . Loving mother of John Joseph Arsenault- predeceased ( Carol-surviving), Lily Winger (Ronnie – deceased), James Alfred Arsenault-predeceased (Marie-surviving), Linda Arsenault (Chris) and Diana Ianiro (Domenico). Cherished Nanny of Kelly, Heather, Ellie, Nicholas, Graham, Simon, Amber, Cassandra, Kevin, Christopher and Great Nanny of Taylor, Emma, Olivia-predeceased, Nicholas, Joseph, Jayden, Sophia,  Nicholas, Mason, Matthew, Ivy and Cullen. She will be sadly missed and always remembered by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Doreen is predeceased by her parents Walter and Mary (nee Payton) Hisson, her infant sister Lillian, her sisters Margaret Curry (Art), Bertha Booth (George), twin brothers John and Walter Hisson and her sister Gloria Brace (Art- surviving). The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Monday October 29, 2018 from 12pm-2 pm. A funeral service will be celebrated at 2 pm in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel. Cremation will follow at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated by her family. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Dr. McDougall, Bridgitte & Monica in the CCU and all the nurses, doctors and staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre for their care and compassion shown to our mom and family during this difficult time.
