Elizabeth Louise (Holden) Reid

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Elizabeth Reid on Thursday August 29, 2019 , at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, surrounded by the love of her family. Beloved wife of Stanley Reid. Loving mother of Stanley, Debbie Dickens (Mark), Linda King, James ‘Jim’ Reid, Brian Reid and Chris Reid. Cherished grandma of 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Liz will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; William and Irma Holden and her siblings; Bill, Tom, Rina, Joe, Barb, Joyce and Shirley. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s crematorium. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home in Callander (87 Lansdowne Street) on Saturday September 7, 2019 from 11am to 1pm followed by a  Celebration of Life in the chapel at 1pm.
