Jane (Legate) Douglass

In Loving Memory of Jane (Legate) Douglass 50 Years Peacefully, Monday, December 24th, 2018 at her residence. Beloved wife of David Douglass. Loving mother of Emily Tambur-Douglass (Nikolas), Sara Jane (predeceased), and Naomi (predeceased). Cherished daughter of Peter and Susan Legate and daughter-in-law of Dave and Helen Douglass. Dear sister of Anne Legate (predeceased). Special sister-in-law to Dianne Quenneville (Marc), Kimberly Laaper (Frank), and Kevin (friend Kristen). Sadly, missed by many nieces and nephews. Jane will be remembered for her generous spirit, loving personality, and caring for others. She was devoted to her family and took great pride and interest in their activities and accomplishments and was the happiest in their company. She loved animals and cared deeply for the pets in her charge. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Funeral Service will be at McGuinty Funeral Home, 591 Cassells St., North Bay on January 5, 2019 from 12 pm until time of service at 1 pm in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel.
