SANTAROSSA, Maria (nee Palladino)

Maria was surrounded by her family and comforted by their love when she passed peacefully away at St. Michaels Hospital (Toronto) at the age of 83 years.  Predeceased by her beloved husband Marco Santarossa and her son John Santarossa. Loving mother of Linda Santarossa of Maple Ontario, and Jenetta Reich (Tony) of Brampton Ontario. Proud Nonna to Maria, Dominic, Sophia, Andria, Matthew, Mark and great nonna of great-grand kids Zayne, Isabella and Neil. She will be sadly missed by her extended family  and friends. Predeceased by her parents; Giovanni and Luigia Palladino (nee Toto), her brother Valentino Palladino and sisters Adele Venditti and Ida Venditti. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday November 9, 2018 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption on Saturday November 10, 2018 at 10 am. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. We would like to extend our heartfelt thank you to the ICU team at St Michaels Hospital. If desired donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by Maria’s family.
