FAULKNER, Norman Charles

With deep sorrow, the family announces the passing of Norm at the West Nipissing General Hospital on Friday November 10, 2017 at the age of 82 years. Norm was the beloved husband of Donna (nee Hopkins). Loving father to Lisa Saunders (Rob) and Liana Sarginson. Proud grandfather to Amy and Brandon Sarginson. Norm was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Mildred (nee Carl) Faulkner of Coboconk, Ontario, and is survived by his only sister Lynda Mohr (Jim deceased) of Lindsay, Ontario. He will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Norm was a longtime active member of St. Andrew’s United Church, a fifty plus year member of the Sturgeon Falls Granite Club, Past Master of and member of the Sturgeon Falls Masonic Lodge No. 447 and Ambassador Emeritus and active member of the North Bay Rorab Shrine Club. The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home –Sturgeon Falls (123 Railway Street) on Tuesday November 14, 2017 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm with a Masonic Memorial Service to be conducted at 8pm. A Funeral Service will be conducted in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel –Sturgeon Falls by Rev. Brenda Lumsden on Wednesday November 15, 2017 at 11 am.
