Tyler Ryan Victor Milne, 36

Tyler Milne, 36, of North Bay, Ontario passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 6, 2019.  Born on November 9, 1982, he is the son of Keith and the late Roseanne Milne. Tyler is survived by his brothers: Brian (wife, Paula-Marie) of North Bay, and Steven (partner, Tonya) of Toronto.  He is also survived by his girlfriend and the love of his life, Erin Dorie. Tyler is an uncle to two nieces: Anna and Grace, and a nephew, Braedon --whom he treated like a son.  He will be missed by his aunts, uncles, and cousins; his godfather, Derek Kortschaga, and his many friends --especially one that was not only a best friend but more of a brother, Blair Adams.

Starting at a young age, Tyler always put other people ahead of himself.  It was just in his nature to be caring and considerate to others.  If you EVER needed a hand with something, people knew they could count on him.  When people speak of Tyler, words such as gentle, kind, and giving are interchanged.  He was a bright spot in our lives with a perpetual smile that was always shining. The only thing bigger than the shadow our gentle giant cast was his unbridled passion for the outdoors.  Whether it was fishing, going into the camp, or just enjoying a ride on his ATV, Tyler loved it all.

The world is a lesser place with you gone.  You will hold a special place in all of our hearts, and we shall remember you with every cast.

Visitation will be held at McGuinty Funeral Home on Friday, March 15 from 6-8 p.m.  and Saturday, March 16 from  1-2 p.m.  Service will follow.
