It is with profound sadness, we announce the unexpected passing of Wayne Miller Sr., peacefully at home on July 19, 2017 at the age of 73 years. Dearly loved husband of Suzanne Miller (nee Champagne). Loving father of Patricia Miller, Wayne Jr. (SueAnn) and Jennifer Ranger (Randy). Grandpa will be sadly missed by his grandchildren; Thomas and Miranda Stillaway, Joshua and Ryan Miller, Kassandra and Desmund Ranger and by his great granddaughter; Sevannah Strub. Dear brother of Mary Smith (Ray-deceased), Maureen Butcher, Roberta Beland (Yves), Greg (Nicole), Dianna Lariviere, Michael, and Laura Lariviere. Wayne will be sadly missed by his Aunt Barbara Scheffield, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his mother; Mary Lariviere and his infant son; Shawn. Wayne was a proud Knights of Columbus 4th Degree and past Grand Knight of Council 6664. He was inducted into the North Bay Music Hall of Fame and the Aboriginal Music Hall of Fame. He was a very well known and well respected community man. Wayne is now strumming his guitar, alongside his favorite musical artists; Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and Elvis Presley. Family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Monday July 24 from 1-4 & 6-9 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart (Corbeil) on Tuesday July 25, 2017 at 10 am.
