Adriano Santarossa

Passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at his home on Friday, July 30, 2021 at the age of 78 years.  Adriano was the beloved husband to the late Maria Teresa Mandaglio. He was the cherished best friend to Sophie Dahiroc and the late Julita Aguaviva.  Adriano will be lovingly remembered by his extended family, whom he was like a father and grandfather to: Christopher Harrison (Brooke), Isabella-Adriana, Gracie-Mae and Madeline.  Adriano will be fondly remembered by his Brother Lamberto Santarossa (Tina) of Milan, Italy and his niece Arriana Santarossa.  He will be dearly missed by his many friends and cousins, specifically, Jack (Florence), Gary (Manola) and their sons Chino and Carlo, Robby Santarossa and Georgio Pasut, who have been a tremendous support to him over the years. Adriano is predeceased by his parents Alerame Celeste and Enrica Pasut. He was an active member of the Davedi Club in North Bay and can be best known for his exceptional ability to grow plants into something beautiful.  The family wish to express a heartfelt Thank-you to all of Adriano’s family, friends, Dr. Richard Trenker and nurses for all of their care and compassion over the years.  The family will receive visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Monday August 2, 2021 from 5pm to 9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday August 3, 2021 at 10 am. Interment will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Covid 19 restrictions are in place attendees are limited, everyone must practice social distancing and masks and face coverings must be worn at the funeral home and at the church.
