Carmelino "Carmen" Fruci

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Carmen at Hospice Huronia, Tomkins House, Penetanguishene at the age of 58. Carmen was surrounded by the love of his family on Saturday, July 2, 2023 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of 34 years to Alanna(nee O’Neill) Fruci. Loving stepfather to Sarah Poeta and Bradley Poeta (Melissa) and Nonno to Madingley and McKinley. He will be greatly missed by his sister Anna-Maria Fruci and his brother Natalino “Albert” Fruci, and his nieces and nephew “foster son” Nick Fruci, Bryanna Belmore, Daniella Belmore, and Michael Fruci. Predeceased by his father Domenico Fruci and survived by his mother Caterina (nee Caruso) Fruci. The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday, July 7, 2023, between the hours of 2:00pm to 6:00pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at 10:00am. A private family entombment will occur at the All-Saints Mausoleum on Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
