Donna Holtforster

It is with great sadness that the family announce the unexpected passing of Donna at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on December 6, 2022 at the age of 57 years.  Donna was the beloved mother to Ernie Geck, Robert Geck, Jordan Geck.  She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Ronnie Holtforster, Carolyn Smith, and Carl Holtforster and her six grandchildren Robert, Kaydence, Grayson, Adelynn, Weston, and Willow.  She is predeceased by her brother Alan Holtforster and sister Sonia Tessier. Donna will be remembered by all for her sense of humour, contagious laughter, generosity, non-judgemental love for all, and her resilience in the face of adversity.  As per Donna’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at St. Joseph’s cemetery (Powassan) which will be announced in the spring.
