The family announces the peaceful passing of Dr. Frank Fazzari at the North Bay Regional Health Centre at the age of 93 years. Beloved spouse of Ruth (nee McKittrick) Fazzari. Loving father to Nancy Fazzari, Carolyn Canarino (Carmine), Margaret Kervin (Michael), John Fazzari (Audra), and Charles Fazzari (Lisa). Frank was predeceased by his parents George and Lucy (nee Longo) Fazzari, his brother George (Victoria -deceased), and is survived by his brothers Rudy (Marilyn -deceased), and Joe (Maureen).
Many will remember him as a loyal friend and dedicated member of the community. He practiced medicine until his 84th birthday. He was integral to development of pediatric care in the region. His devotion to his medical practice (pediatrics and allergy) was only surpassed by the love, care, and compassion he gave to his family and friends.
His marriage of 60 years to Ruth was the foundation of the family he loved. All those who knew him, loved him.
