Jim passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family at his residence in North Bay on Saturday December 28th, 2019 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband to Georgie Graham Neil Young for 60 years. Loving father to Elaine Bruce (Larry ) of North Bay and Vincent Graham (Kim) of New Hamburg. Cherished grandfather to Samantha, Thomas, Michaela (Terry), Connor (Aspen), Ellie and Maya. Honorary father to Lillian and Jack Desloges of London, honorary grandfather to Stephanie and Bryan Buice, Karen and Jordan Wall and Ryan Desloges  and honorary great-grandfather to Hudson Wall, Brady Buice, Kimberley and Joe Desloges.
Was preceded by his parents: John and Margaret (nee Burchill) Graham, and siblings John, Theresa McAuley (George), Ann Golding (Jack surviving), Marie Hannah(Rod) and Ron (Doreen surviving). Jim is survived by his sister Elaine Gibbon (Tom).
Jim was born and grew up in Saint John New Brunswick. He served as a captain in the Canadian armed forces retiring after 30 years of service as an air weapons controller.
Jim loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping and fishing with Georgie and the grandkids. He loved hockey playing in his younger years then taking great joy in watching both his son Vince and grandchildren play.
In keeping with Jim's wishes, cremation has occurred at Whispering Pines Funeral Home's crematorium. There will be no public service. If desired, donations can be made to a charity of your choice or to Care Partners in Jim's memory. The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank you and appreciation to everyone at Care Partners for their outstanding care and compassion.
