Madeleine Georgina (Paquette) Nadon

Madeleine passed away peacefully at the Mattawa Hospital on September 23, 2021, at the age of 82 years. Beloved spouse of Maurice “Moosee” Nadon. Loving mother to Constance Poirier (Yves), Sandra Vasile (Giancarlo), and Gerald Nadon (Sylvie). Cherished grandmother to Daniel O’Grady, Alyshia O’Grady (Kevin), and Paisley Nadon, great-grandmother to Cameron, Mellissa, Zoey, Georgia and Isabella. Madeleine was predeceased by her parents Roland and Juliette (nee Desjardins) Paquette, and her two younger brothers Jean and Robert. She is survived by her sisters Pierrette Viau (Andre) and Rollande Deslauriers. Cremation has occurred. A Memorial Mass will be conducted at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church (241 Second Street Mattawa, Ontario) on Thursday September 30, 2021, at 11 am, followed by the inurnment of Madeleine’s cremated remains at the St. Anne’s Cemetery. If desired donations are suggested to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Mattawa Hospital and would be gratefully acknowledged by her family. The family wishes to express their gratitude to Dr. Kumar, Dr. Redhead and all the Nurses at the Mattawa Hospital for their care and compassion towards their mother and the family.
