Marc Wayne Bedard

On May 12th,2022, we lost a kind, gentle man.

With heavy hearts, we announce that Marc Bedard passed away peacefully with family by his side, including his godsons Roch and Alain Robert, at the North Bay Regional Health Center, in his 66th year.  He was predeceased by his father Jacques (Jocko) Bedard and his sister Lorraine.

He leaves behind his sister Diane Clement (Don) and his brother Roger (Aline). He was lovingly raised by his late Aunt Jackie (Jacqueline Martin) in whose home he became a brother to her eight children: Madeleine Mantha (Robert), Émilie Johnson (Daniel), late André Martin (Cheryl), Ghislaine Taylor (Doug), Paul Martin (Jane), late Luc Martin (Claudette), Roxanne Robert (late Greg) and Pierre Martin (Tracy). All who loved him dearly, including many nephews, nieces, and goddaughter Cynthie, will never forget his sense of humour and trips to Canada’s Wonderland, and will miss him deeply.

Marc was an avid reader, especially Stephen King books and a great bowler, having represented North Bay in many tournaments.

He loved to travel with his dear friend, Jim White to whom we are very grateful for his compassion and constant concern for Marc.
