Obituary
It is with deepest sorrow that I announce the unexpected passing of my dearest sister, Mary Lou, on May 13, 2023, at home, in her 78th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon Stone. Dear sister of Helen. Sister-in-law of Myrna Piper (Clarence), Gerald Stone (Rita) and Mel Stone (Bonnie). She will be sadly missed by her furry canine companion, Farley.
Mary Lou is predeceased by her beloved parents, Louis and Emma Schiavo, her brothers-in-law Orval (Penny surviving), Eric, Donald (Diane surviving and father-in-law and mother-in-law Earl and Olive Stone.
Mary Lou worked for Bell Canada for 20 years, then retired to look after her fur babies.
The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday May 18, 2023, between the hours of 11am to 2 pm. A celebration of life will follow in the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) chapel. As an expression of sympathy, donations to a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated by our family.
