Peacefully passed away surrounded by the love of her family at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on Friday March 26, 2021 at the age of 75 years. Noreen was the beloved wife of the late Garry Pigeau and the loving mother to Mary-Ellen Stokes (Brian), and the late Cindy Pigeau. Noreen was the cherished grandmother to Jesse (Courtney). Noreen will be lovingly remembered by her Brother Allen Bale (Wendy) and is predeceased by her siblings: Tom Bale, Edwin Bale, Jimmy Bale, Mary Yerlitz, and Barb Dubois. Noreen is also predeceased by her parents Thomas Bale and Mary Bale nee Everitt. Noreen will be forever missed by her best friend Diane Armitage. As per Noreen’s wishes, a private family burial will occur at Holy Cross Cemetery (North Bay). April 5, 2021 6:34 PMI was saddened by the news of Horse's passing. Since I lived around the corner from her I remember her fondly she I was growing up. She was always so much fun and friendly. Her aunt and mine was called Noreen as well My heart goes out to the family at this sad time.
