Rachel (Boissonneault) McCord

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Rachel McCord (nee Boissonneault) announces her passing peacefully in her sleep at her residence on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the age of 86 years. Rachel is the daughter of the late Lauretta and Andre Boissonnealt. Proud mother of Kevin, Cindy, Sandy, and Larry. Predeceased by her sons Victor and Brian. Loving grandmother to Rachel, Sara, Lucan, Brandon, Brittany, Jacob, Alison, Adrien, Amy, Andree, Teggan, Crystal, Adam, Justina, Jessica, and Christopher. Cherished great-grandmother to Colton, Easton, Brielle, Braden, Gabby, Rhys, Brynn, Kamon, Daryl, Caleb, Mathieu, Lexa, Izzy, Evey, Niah, Tydan, Devin, Gemma, Sean, Claire, Olivia, John. Sister of the late Martha, Colleen, Sylvia, Priscilla, Andy, Ivan, and Diane. The family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on ​Sunday, August 13, 2023 between the hours of 11:00am to 1:00pm with the funeral service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:00pm. Inurnment at the St. Mary’s R.C. Cemetery will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Gathering Place in North Bay would be greatly appreciated.
