Roberta “Bobbie” Miles Fisher (nee Cousineau) (1923-2021)

The family announces with sorrow the passing of Bobbie at the age of 97 years.  Beloved wife of the late Art Miles and late William Fisher. Beloved mother of Betty Barbe (Ray deceased) Don Denis. Stepmother to Mary Jensen and Jack.  She will be missed and always remembered by her grandson Todd Barbe and step-grandchildren Linda Jensen and John as well as by her great grandchildren Haley, Jack, Hannah and Tyler. She is survived by her sister Florette. Predeceased by her parents Moise and Valeda Cousineau as well as by her siblings Robert, Rita, Irene, Evelyn and Jeannette.  She will be remembered by many nieces and nephews as well as by her furry friend Bebit. Bobbie was a member of the Golden Age Club and Trinity United Church. She worked for DeMarco’s for many years. For over 50 years Bobbie loved to go to her cottage on 4 Mile Bay during her free time.  As per Bobbies wishes cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home. The family is receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home on Saturday September 11th, 2021 from 11 – 1 p.m. followed by a memorial mass at 1 p.m. Donations to Trinity United Church would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
