It is with great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Sam Veraldi at the Nipissing Serenity Hospice on May 27, 2020 at the age of 86 years. Devoted husband of Myrtle Veraldi (nee Knight). Loving father of Anthony, Lillian Wilcock (Ian-predeceased), Sammie John (Carrie) and Gary. Cherished grandfather of Jacquelyn, Luke, Kyanne and Anthony. Dear brother of Peter (Barbara), Sharlene Chassie, Michael (Judy Rossi) and Thomas (Maryellen). Sadly, missed by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Predeceased by his parents; Anthony and Lillian Veraldi (nee Panos) and his sisters; Leona Kinslow (Doug) and Wendy Desjardins. Due to current COvid-19 restrictions, a memorial mass will be announced later. Donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice or the ALS Society would be gratefully appreciated by his family. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the North Bay Regional Health Centre and the Nipissing Serenity Hospice for their compassion and care given to our family.
