 It is with a heavy heart and great sorrow to announce the passing of Sharon Atkinson from Callander, Ont. Sharon passed quietly in her sleep early Tuesday morning; April 16, 2019.Predeceased by husband Bob Atkinson. Loving mother of Katherine Boyle (Gord Atkinson), Ken Boyle (Dana) and Tamara Atkinson (Justin Paulin). Cherished grandmother to Jen, Gordi (Stephanie), Zaiden, Zed, Andrew, Katie and soon to be great granddaughter Hailey. She was a loyal friend to so many. Sharon will be sadly missed by her best-friend Daphne Bealy. Sharon was a dedicated P.S.W at Para Med for spent 26 years helping people get through the most difficult times in their lives. Her last days were spent with family and friends surrounded in comfort and love. Thou her passing brings sorrow, her memory should bring only joy. Always in our heart and just a thought away.

As per her wishes, cremation has taken place at Whispering Pines Funeral Home’s crematorium.Family will be receiving visitors at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Saturday April 27, 2019 from 11 am until 2 pm. Donations to a Charity of Choice would be gratefully appreciate by her family.
