Shirley (Champagne) Legros

Loving Memory of Shirley Legros (nee Champagne) 1935-2022 who passed away peacefully at the North Bay Regional Health Centre, with her daughter by her side, on  April 9th, 2022, at the age of 86 , Dearly loved mother of Marcel Legros (Lori) of Eldee and Gisele Hunter (Robert) of North Bay . Lovingly remembered by 2 grandchildren Adam Legros (Venessa) of North Bay and Kyle Wilson (Monica) of Redbridge and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents Henri and Marie Champagne and her siblings  Rhéal, Lucien, Anita, Donat, and Jeaninne. Surviving siblings Alice, Rene, Donald, and Pauline.

Shirley loved being social. She volunteered for many years with St. Vincent de Paul Church and Cassellholme.  In her last years she has been living at Empire Living enjoying the company of many friends and staff.  She was loved by all who met her with her cheerful ways and smile.

Family will receive friends at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday April 14, 2022, between the hours of 11am to 1 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 1pm in the McGuinty Funeral Home Chapel.
