It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Shirley Elizabeth McCoy.

She passed peacefully in her sleep at the North Bay Regional Health Center at the age of 84.

She will be forever remembered by all of her children: Daniel, Patricia, Steve, Kenneth, Laurie, Larry and Debbie. She is predeceased by her son Timothy in 1989.

Also mourning her loss is her brother Tony Dube, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and grandchildren. Shirley was a very kind and generous soul and was loved by many who got to know her throughout her life. She had a big heart, and her voice will be dearly missed, as well as her laughter and strong will. In keeping with Shirley’s wishes cremation has occurred at Whispering Pines Funeral Homes Crematorium with no public services. Online condolences may be made at www.mcguintyfuneralhome.com
