It is with great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Thomas Kilmartin  at the North Bay Regional Health Centre on June 19, 2019 at the age of 85 years. Devoted husband of Fleurette Kilmartin (nee Messier). Loving father of Michael Kilmartin (Denise) and Paul Kilmartin (Jeanne Smith). Cherished grandfather of Christian and Nathaniel Kilmartin. Dear brother of Winnifred McAllister and Gertrude Allan. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth Kilmartin, his brother Patrick Kilmartin and sister Peggy Harrison. Tom was a police constable with the City of North Bay for 32 years (Badge # 4). He was a quiet man who enjoyed woodworking and playing ping pong with his friends. Family will be receiving friends at McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday June 21, 2019 from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Pro-Cathedral of the Assumption on Saturday June 22, 2019 at 9 am. Donations to a Charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
