Valdron, Dorothy ‘Dot’ (nee Magee)

It is with great sadness that the family of Dot Valdron announces her peaceful passing at the North Bay Regional Health Center on June 26, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Born in Lakeville, Nova Scotia, Dot met and married the love of her life the late Herman ‘Herm’ Valdron in Greenwood, Nova Scotia. Dot and Herm moved to North Bay in 1985, where they continued to raise their family. Predeceased by her parents, Roy and Rita (nee Steele), and her siblings, 2 brothers; Ralph and Earl and 2 sisters; Grace Corkum and Blanche Myles. Sadly missed by her four children; Debra Macwilliam (Jim) of North Bay, Dianne Deveau (Shannon) of Oshawa, Donna St. Martin (Remi) of Corbeil, and Joseph Valdron (Sue) of Oshawa. She will be sadly missed by her eight grandchildren; Tiffany, Justin, Stephanie, Scott, Kevin, Tyler, Michael, Victoria and great grandchildren, Adelaide and Aidric. Dearly remembered by in-laws,Claudette Perreault (Dan), Yolande Mongeon (Pat), Harley Corkum and  many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. At Dots wishes, there will be a private family visitation and service.
