It is with sadness, we announce the passing of Flora Taillefer on April 5, 2017 at the age of 82 years. Dearly loved wife of George Taillefer. She will be sadly missed by her children; Gerry Taillefer (Cheryl) and Allan Taillefer (Heather). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Chantelle Weiss (Richard), Lindsay and April Taillefer and great grandma of Lindsey and Kaitlyn Weiss. Dear sister of David (Claudette), Gérard (Nicole), Louise (Jules deceased), Daniel (Rollande), Raymonde (Conrad), Jeannine (Roger deceased), Gabriel (Rex), Réginald (Donna) and Colette (Raymond). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her parents; John and Regina Giroux, by her 2 children; Richard and Paul Taillefer, her brothers; Michel Giroux, André Giroux, Rhéal Giroux, Gérald (Vivianne-surviving) and sisters; Marie Anne Landry, Rhéa Giroux, Marguerite Champagne (Donat), Julie (Julien), Bernadette (Vic) and Rose Anna Bilodeau. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Friday April 7, 2017 from 3-5 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Paroisse Sacre Coeur (Corbeil) on Saturday April 8, 2017 at 11 am. Donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
