My heart is broken for you Mark, Stacia and Jeff and for all of your family and friends who will have this giant void in your lives that Kathy used to fill. She was one of the gentlest and most thoughtful people I have known. She cared about everybody and was always ready with a kind word or deed to encourage them no matter the situation. One of the many things that I loved about Kathy was her hospitality. She always made her home a special place for her family and for anyone she welcomed into it. I have so many fond memories over the years of long visits with her and the “kids”. It felt like home to me. With much love

Dear Stacia & Jeff
Your Mom has and always will have a special place in my memories. I've a clear picture of her from the earliest days of meeting her: beautiful, tanned, sitting on a lounge chair at the Ruth Haven Cottages' beach, asking (little) me, "Do you remember who I am? I'm Kathy, Jeff and Stacia's mom"
"I know and thank you!" I told her, because to me she was already unforgettable.
I loved her for bringing the two of you into the world, and for sharing her warmth with my uncle Don and all the rest of us. She laughed, wrapped me in a beach towel hug.
Sending you and your loved ones my love and warmest hugs.

Mark,Jackie,Stacia and Jeffrey...our deepest sympathy to all of you! We were shocked to hear the news. I was lucky enough to have a visit with Kathy just before Christmas and we reminisced the years gone by when we were such close friends with Cookie and Punch. My deepest sympathy Stacia & Jeff . I was so saddened to hear of Kathy's passing.I had the previlage of working with your mom for several years at St. Joseph's hospital. She was always so kind and easy going and such a joy to work with..... such fond memories of a very special lady.

My sincere condolences to Mark, Kathy's children and grandchildren. Kathy and I were childhood friends from the early grades at Sacred Heart School. We were inseparable, like sisters, for many of our younger years and into our early teens. Sadly, as so often happens, we lost touch with each other through the years. But so often I would remember Kathy and the many great times we had, sharing dreams of our future and what lay ahead for us. I can see she has a wonderful family and has left you with so much love. I trust that her love and memories will sustain you during this time.

We are so extremely sorry for your family's loss. We loved her as well and had many good times together. We shared a lot of laughs, sadness but mainly good memories.
