Although we were not privileged to have met Michael in person, we could feel the joy that he brought to our Mom, Bonnie Jean. Michael, in heaven, thank you for your extraordinary kindness and please rest in peace knowing that those remaining on Earth will not allow for your passing to be forgotten. Mom, on Earth, your strength in this difficult time is a testament to the love that you keep for Michael.

Our deepest sympathies during your unimaginable time of loss. We love you.

The happiness and joy that you and Michael had when I met you shortly after you were married was so evident and heart warming. May your wonderful memories of Michael continue to lift your heart, Bonnie. Hugs, Val

I am so blessed to have witnessed your love and devotion to PEP. You have gone above and beyond for numerous members and several have told me they have nothing but admiration for you. You were a ray of sunshine in their lives.

For me, you were a good friend during those years and for that, I thank you. You managed to touch many souls. You will be missed mon ami!

Michael will be sorely missed by all in our family who knew him. We were fortunate my mom picked up the game of bridge and met the man she would love, share happiness with and become a great addition to our family. We had a short time with him but his presence opened up the light in our mother that had been dimmed for too long. I loved our conversations about sports, learning about curling and sharing his Canadian heritage with us. I've shared several photos that I hope my mom will post that show the smart, engaging and funny man we knew and remember. You'll always be part of our lives Michael.

I would love to talk to you about my longest friend ever. I’m so sorry to hear about my buddy Mike as I just found out about his passing. We attended Scollard Hall together, visited him at Western, Mike livid with my wife and I in Hamilton, I got him a medical sales job in Sask and last helped him during his son’s death in a car accident. Please contact me : Wayne McArthur

In the short but good times we had volunteering at PEP, you taught me a lot. Even more, you managed to help countless members through their daily struggles and you were able to go above and beyond for many. Several members told me they had nothing but the highest respect for you, as do I. You never hesitated to share your knowledge, wisdom and friendship. For everything you did, thank you.
