Dear Jennifer, I have thought about you every day this week, since we spoke last week. My heart goes out to you, David, Amanda and Vanessa and Phil's entire family. It is such a shock when someone passes so quickly, but we must be grateful that he did not suffer, as so many do passing from this life to the next. I'm confident he is looking down on all of you with love and kindness, as that is his character. I realize that you will have many of Phil's family from the UK here right now and that is wonderful, as I know you've made so many wonderful memories together. Sharing those stories of your adventures together will help you cherish those memories forever.

A Tribute to Phil Brown
All of the shareholders of Gold Insight Resources (GIR) have been saddened by the passing of our very capable and respected Geologist and good friend, Phil Brown.
We owe a great deal to Phil. When he came “on board”, he ensured that
GIR only retained mining claims that he felt, as a Geologist, worthy of exploration and development and the investment therein of shareholders' money.
Without Phil's knowledge and guidance, we and GIR would not have had
the benefits of the Metalex Joint Venture and the potential of the Rio Tinto Explorations Canada (RTEC) transaction.
Phil's death is a major loss for us and his valuable contribution to GIR must be acknowledged by all shareholders.
We extend our deepest sympathy to his wife, Jennie, and the family.
Phil will certainly not be forgotten by the shareholders of GIR.

We are very saddened with Phil's unexpected passing. We just saw both of you taking a walk the night before and commented " look at Phil's stride, he looks great". The first neighbours we met and a great friendship for Dave. May God give you the strength to live on. Knowing Phil was so proud of his family. He always had a smile and made everyone feel good.
