I had not heard from Bill in awhile. I dropped a line from time to time. I sent a letter out, but I kept feeling that perhaps Bill had passed away. When he didn't respond I thought it was so. I decided to check online. Though it is a young Bill in the photo, I recognized him. I was sad to learn of his passing. I was very fond of Betty and Bill. I am sad for your loss. I am glad he now is with Betty, as he missed her a lot. I was their neighbor in Chesterville for a short time, but Betty and I became instant friends. I still think of her whenever I see an owl. So sorry to hear about uncle Bill's passing.
I will always remember his love of his dogs and that he would never stop tickling us as kids even when we cried uncle.

to all of bill's family; I am so sorry for your loss. Michael called to let me know that bill had gone. if it was any other time of year you would be seeing me but I stay close to home in the cold weather. however you do have my condolences and I will be sending a contribution to the humane society . all my best to all of you. marg . when I think back about you dad I remember the time he gave me one of the best Christmas presents I ever had. he had bought me a box of chocolates and then he ate them so he got me a book of theatre tickets to the show in Fenelon.
